Our Farm Restaurant

Under our pergola overlooking the Trasimeno lake we serve simple, delicious dishes (the one our moms made us in our kitchens) using local organic farmers’ products to help the community in each way we can and supporting other women farmers. 

Our Food Experiences

You may do a mix and match of the ones you like more, the time of the experience depends on the type of experience that you select and the season temperature. The whole restaurant is reserved for you and your guests for the hours of the experience and service. We allow groups of maximum 20 guests. If you have a larger group we can book two experiences dividing the group into smaller ones and switch the experiences between one group and the other and then one dinner or lunch all together (max 50 guests).

If you are allocated in a venue nearby in Tuscany or Umbria we may organize also the transfers from and to your venue for you and your guests. We can accomodate any food allergy or intolerance if you communicate them in advance.

Truffle Hunting in Dogana ancient woods with Andrea 

After an introduction about the truffle world made inside the ancient historical building of the venue full of beautiful affreschi Andrea will explore the woods of the property and we will start with the help of the sweet dogs which are part of the family  to scout the truffles. After the hunting Andrea will do a short explanation on how to properly clean and cut truffles followed by a three courses meal with black truffle at our restaurant.

Duration: 4/5 hours

Price truffle experience: €150 per person

Truffle hunting + lunch or dinner including home wine: €250 per person.

Olive oil tasting and lunch with Lucia “the lies of olive oil”

Lucia produces every year together with her family delicious organic olive oil harvested by hand from her 4.000 olive trees older more than 300 years. We will walk into the olive groove where we will show you how the harvesting is made followed by the tasting of the olive oil.

During the tasting we will look too all the small but important details about how we can discover if an olive oil is truly fresh and good or if they are just telling you a lie! The tasting will be followed by a three courses lunch or dinner.

Fresh pasta cooking class with Elisa and lunch

Elisa loves to share her secrets for making fresh pasta in a super simple way that you may replicate at home any time because, as she said,  the aim of doing fresh pasta is to unite people, to take it as an excuse to do it with your closest people who you love.

After a quick introduction we will divide you into groups and each of them will be responsible for a step so that the result is a combination of everybody’s work. It will be followed by a three courses private lunch or dinner with your delicious creations.

Wine Tasting

Elisa will let you discover the stories and amazing products of 4 local Tuscan and Umbrian winemakers (all small family owned wineries). At the tasting also some finger food is served.

Duration: 1.5 hour

Minimum number of guests: 5 guests

Price wine tasting experience: €45 per person (with finger food)
