THE EXECUTIVE CHEF

 

STEFANO RUTIGLIANO

 

Our Chef  started his career in Rome at the luxury 5-star Hassler Hotel and then went on to be the Executive Chef for the Armani Caffè in Dubai for eight years.

Stefano then returned home to La Dogana and now runs the Restaurant.

All our ingredients and wines are produced by the top farmers of the region and carefully selected by Stefano and his team.
