Our Chef  started his career in Rome at the 5 stars luxury Hassler Hotel and then went on to be the Executive Chef for the Armani Caffè in Dubai for eight years.

Nowadays, Stefano is the owner of la Dogana Restaurant.

All products are strictly selected from the top farmers of the regions a rigorously selected by Stefano and his team.

All our type of pasta, including the ones for weddings and events, are home made with the finest flours. Our different types of bread have 48 hours of leavening.
