APARTMENTS

The Lake House is our main building with 11 apartments, 20 bedrooms.

Next to it  there is the facility house a common area with a free washing machine (100% natural and organic soap included), iron and table iron, big fridge with refrigerator, salt, sugar, and more necessities.

SWIMMING POOL

On the top of our hill at 300 meters from the lake house there is our swimming-pool, 26 meters x 5.5 meters long with a bathroom, sun beds, umbrellas, a designed secret garden and a wonderful view over the lake and its islands.

At few meters our wedding ceremony lawn inside the ancient olive groove.

THE BARN & ANIMALS

At 400 meters from the apartment there is our Barn, the farm house (where Lucia’s father and mom live) and our small veggie garden that is always opened to who would like to visit and where children can come an pick up fresh eggs and pet our animals!

RESTAURANT

At the center of the whole property there is our restaurant with a beautiful view over the lake.

For retreats and events breakfasts and dinners will be served under the wooden pergola overlooking the lake, all products are form local farmers.

At the restaurant there is also our reception where Lucia and her staff will be there for you!

FACILITIES

Next to the lake house there is a private 90 square meters free parking (not covered), and a children playground all in shade.

There are also two barbecues area one small size behind the house for apartments at the first floor and a huge second one behind the facility house.

DOGANA MUSEUM

At the center of our venue a small museum of the ancient Dogana building and the family history.
