Elisa loves sharing her secrets for making fresh pasta in a simple, relaxed way that you can easily repeat at home. For her, pasta is not just a recipe, it’s an excuse to gather your favourite people around a table, slow down and create something together.

In this hands-on class, she will guide you step by step, so that every guest has a role and the final result is truly a team effort.

What’s included in the experience

  1. Welcome & introduction
    You start with a short introduction to the ingredients and the Italian traditions behind fresh pasta.

  2. Hands-on pasta making
    The group is divided into smaller teams, and each one is responsible for a different step: mixing the dough, kneading, rolling and shaping. Elisa will be by your side the whole time, making sure everyone can participate and have fun.

  3. Sauces & finishing touches
    While the pasta rests, Elisa will show you how to match it with simple, seasonal sauces, using local ingredients from our area.

  4. Sit-down private meal
    Afterwards, you move to our restaurant for a relaxed three-course private lunch or dinner, where you will taste your own fresh pasta as part of the menu, paired with our house wine.

Three courses private lunch or dinner

After the class, you will enjoy a private meal reserved just for your group at La Dogana’s restaurant, overlooking the lake and its islands.

A typical menu includes:

  • A seasonal starter

  • Your handmade fresh pasta as the main course

  • A homemade dessert

The experience is accompanied by our house wine and water. We are happy to accommodate vegetarian and vegan guests, as well as allergies and intolerances if communicated in advance.

  • Duration: about 3–4 hours

  • Minimum group size: 6 guests

  • Includes: hands-on cooking class, three-course private lunch or dinner, house wine and water, full exclusivity of the restaurant and its garden.

  • Price: €200 per person
