The Lake house has 11 apartments of different sizes and shapes all formed by a living-room, bathroom and one or two bedrooms. The ones with two bedrooms the have in one a double bed and in the second bedroom two single beds.

Our facility house, located at few meters from the lake house, has available for free for all our guests: a washing machine with natural soap, iron and iron board, coffee, sugar, salt, tea, microwave, water boiler, olive oil, sun cream, a guitar, a bluetooth speaker.

All our apartments have:

KITCHEN: gas stove, dishes and cookware, cutlery & glasses (wine glasses included), small size fridge, Italian moka (coffee machine), 100% natural and organic dish soap, one kitchen rag, two bins bags.

BATHROOM & ROOMS: bed linen, bathroom towels, toilet paper rolls, 100% natural and organic body soap and shampoo, extra pillows, blankets, hai dryer one in each apartment.

MORE: one washbowl, one drying rack, one broom, dustpan, bucket and rag. Heating that is centralised: to open it ask to the reception. All windows have mosquitos nets and outside they all have their own garden table and chairs. There is no AC.

THE COACH HOUSE

This independent cottage of 50 square meters at the first floor is in the woodland garden at the middle of the estate.

It has a large bedroom with a nice view, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. 

For weddings this is the bride and groom house. The bedroom has our most precious and antique forniture that are the perfect room for bride and bridesmaids preparation and our couple here has more independence and intimacy respect to the other apartments.

It has a private parking and private wifi.
