The Lake House

The Lake House is a 19th-century villa divided into eleven rustic apartments with a total of twenty bedrooms: eleven with double beds and nine with two single beds. Each apartment is surrounded by nature and has a living room, bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette, as well as its own outdoor garden area with table and chairs. Every apartment has its own authentic Italian style, with antique furniture and modern kitchens and bathrooms.

Just a few meters from the Lake House you’ll find our facility house, available for all our guests. Here you can use a washing machine with organic soap, an iron and ironing board, a steamer, a kettle and microwave, as well as basic essentials such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, olive oil, extra toilet paper and a large fridge with ice in the freezer.

All our apartments include:
Kitchen: gas stove, dishes and cookware, cutlery and glasses (including wine glasses), small fridge, Italian moka (coffee pot), 100% natural and organic dish soap, one kitchen cloth and bin bags.
Bedrooms & bathrooms: bed linen, bathroom towels, toilet paper rolls, 100% natural and organic body soap and shampoo, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer (one per apartment).
More: a washbowl, drying rack, broom, dustpan, bucket and floor cloth. Heating is centralised and can be turned on upon request at reception. All windows have mosquito nets.

From 2026, all apartments feature air conditioning (one split unit per apartment).

The Swimming Pool

At the top of our hill, about 300 meters from the Lake House, you’ll find our swimming pool: 26 metres by 5.5 metres, with a bathroom, sunbeds, umbrellas and a small secret garden. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over Lake Trasimeno and its islands.

Just a few steps away lies our ceremony lawn inside the ancient olive grove, used for weddings and events, but also a peaceful place for holiday guests to walk, read and relax among the trees.
